10K Day for Writers: RSVP Page for July 16

WHILE IT’S NOT mandatory to RSVP (and everyone from June 18 is considered pre-confirmed), it’s still a fun way to get involved ahead of time.

It will also be easier for me to welcome you on July 16 if I know to expect you.

Thanks to @LoisEighmy from Twitter for requesting the RSVP page. We did have one for the June event and it was very popular.

Please leave your comment/RSVP below.

See you on Thursday! ~ Milli

This is a test of the Mutant Ninja Comment Box.

LOUDSPEAKER ON: This is your Commander speaking. I require your complete obedience on Thursday, the 10K Day. No cutting the CAPTCHA box in half. No eating of comments that I *know* people have posted. Is that clear?

    Whimper, whimper.

    "Yes, master. I will behave."

Alrighty, then. Straighten up and fly right.

This is such a fun idea. I'm lucky to get 3,000 words a day. I have other commitments during the day on Thursday, but I will try to write more than I ever have in honor of your challenge.

I've never done this, but think it's an amazing idea. I work so much better under pressure, and this will challenge me to hit the goal!

    Consider this my RSVP!

Thanks to Megan for letting me know about this. I'll join in the fun, but I doubt I'll come close to 10,000 words, but whatever I accomplish, I'll be thrilled with. Thanks for the motivation!

I'll be here. Your "straighten up and fly right" reminds me.."Confusious say, 'man who fly upside down, bound to have crack up'. LOL

This is my second RSVP, so if the comment monster eats it—guess what's for dinner? We'll throw a party and eat the animal.

    Hi Milli, count me in.

I will use the day to get caught up on a bunch of deadline nagging projects.

I found you through Megan's blog. But I'm in! And I posted your challenge on my own blog. Thanks for the challenge!

You know, I've updated my blog three times this week…THREE TIMES! and completely forgot to plug the 10K Day. I have to start adding that to the posting schedule.

Hey Milli! My son, Jon, is off work tomorrow so he is going to join in on 10K Day as well! He's here on break from NYU over the summer, so he'll be working on his screenplays tomorrow. His e-mail is jtp258 (at) nyu.edu

Thought I'd let you know πŸ˜‰

    Hi Milli,

I'm here but I can't find the blog link for today. Can you send me the link. I'm so computer challenged.

    Marilyn
