Please leave your RSVP/comments below.
See you at the 10K! ~ Milli
Hello, hello. I’m in both day. The universe has blessed me with knee surgery and so I will be bound but not gagged. Ha. “Mysterious ways” he said? I have really been thinking about Mikey Dog book and need to finish first draft. This may be my catalyst.
And, Happy Valentines Day all you Sweethearts!

I will be praying that you have a great recovery!

Yay, Peache!! I’ve been missing you and hoping you’d come back to the 10K Days. But very sorry to hear about THE knee surgery. Hope that does the trick for you and gets you dancing like a young’un again. Meanwhile, sounds like you’ll be putting your recovery time to good use.
Happy V-Day backatcha!
XOXO

I’ll be there both days, either with Movie Magic (my screenwriting software) or with my various journals, exploring innermost caverns the old-fashioned way (with a pen ;)).
I’m a four time NaNo winner, but I’ve never done more than 8k in a single day. This should be interesting!!! I’ll be in it to win it on Feb 23rd.

Ah, friend of J.R. Turner’s. Welcome, Sue! Congrats on the four NaNo wins. The 10K Days are as much fun for the camaraderie as they are for writing productivity.
Loved the pic on your site of “The Author at Work.” Good ol’ Toad of Toad Hall. He’s one of my favorite critters.
See you on the 23RD!
Haven’t done this since it was first started! I work on the 23rd [argh], and have my 5yr old all day on the 26th [double argh!]. So, I probably won’t make the full 10K but I’ll do my best!
For now I’ll just sign up for the 23rd. If it looks like I can participate, come Sat. the 26th, I’ll drop a line. ^_^

Welcome back, Jimmy!
You’re totally welcome to participate in-between-job-and-child on either or both days, so don’t feel obliged to commit to dates or times. Any check-ins you do on the 23rd/26th will more the merrier. 🙂
Hey, I found your 10K story in the archives. Here you are from June 2009 if you want to revisit your experience:

P.S. Cute pic of you with your son on that post.

I will be there both days. I am completing my 2nd draft for Feb 23rd and starting an eBook on Feb 26th.
Thanks so much for creating this. It’s been a blessing. I will spread the word on my blog and social networks.

Your plans for the 10K Days sound juicy. See you on Wed *and* Saturday! ~ Milli
Thanks for the prayers and well wishes. I don’t think it will be a big deal just necessary if I want to maintain my lifestyle of horses and golfing. This will be fun. Not the surgery but the writing. Love hanging out in cyberspace with all my FoW buds.
And I still can’t figure out how to get my profile pic to come up on this page, site, what ever. Any hints?

Hi Peache,
You could try logging into Google FriendConnect and add your photo there. Scroll up and look for the red FriendConnect box in the right margin.
If that doesn’t work, lemme know. ~ M
Testing, testing

OK, Peache, I finally remembered the name of the site I wanted to suggest you try: Gravatar. It’s the same kinda deal – you set it up as your online ID – and if this doesn’t work, then probably nothing will. My photo shows up here because I have a Gravatar profile. Here’s the link:

Gurrrrr.
Milllll! Ha, you did it! Now I have a face! It worked thanks. See you soon.

I’m in! I am working on my writing calendar and I will be ready to get to work on Feb. 23rd.
Twitter: fearofwriting
See you there with your writing calendar glowing. 😀
Not too late to RSVP for the 26th, is it?
Thanks, Jimmy, for dragging me into this. 😛

Thanks for the follow on Twitter. It’s CrystalChameleo.
Hi everyone, I loved doing a 10K day last month and it got me through editing a couple of very tricky chapters.
I’m going to log on first thing in the morning and go for it but I have another commitment in the afternoon so 10K will be out of reach this time. However, I didn’t want to miss out on the motivation that this interactive support system of writers can give.
Maybe not 10K in February but March might be another story…
Thanks for running these days – they are great for a target junkie like me.
See you bright and early.
Kate

Hi Kate ~
So glad you could return this month and I agree . . . far better to show up and wring from it what you can, even though you have another commitment during the day. The 10K Rules of the Game can always be creatively bent to our own triumphant ends!
See you tomorrow. And thank you kindly for the 10K Tweets!
~ Milli
