Letter Box ยฉ Natale Matteo Dreamstime.com

If you’d like to join us for one or both of this month’s 10K Daysโ€”Wednesday, February 20 or Saturday February 23โ€”you can start here by posting your RSVP in the comments section below.

Please specify which day(s) you’ll be attending.

Next step is to prepare yourself ahead of time so you’ll have the best experience possible. Mouse over 10K DAYS in the menu above and you’ll find more info.

To participate, return to the HOME PAGE of this blog on the morning of your chosen 10K Day. (Each writer determines his/her own start time.) You’ll find a special post called 10K Day: Live While It’s Happening! and that’s where you’ll be posting your check-ins.

The Live, While It’s Happening! post will give you pointers on what to post for your check-ins.

Please leave your RSVP/comments below.

See you at the 10K! ~ Milli

P.S. For writers who are participating from overseas and who are ahead of the U.S. in their time zone: I always post the check-in page on the evening of the day before the scheduled date. So feel free to write within your own time zone and to post your check-ins. We’ll be glad to have you warm up the page for the rest of us. ๐Ÿ™‚

Oh my gosh, Milli, I can’t believe it: I have a day OFF on Wednesday!!! (and the Chef is working as well, so I won’t feel guilty about not seeing him if I spend the day writing)
I’m SO in, see everyone on the 20th *jumping up and down of excitement*

That’s beyond awesome, Estrella. I know how much a precious day of writing (and a day off!) means to you. ๐Ÿ˜€

I’ll be here on the 20th–along with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. It will slow me down a bit, but I need to write! ๐Ÿ™‚

Lois, I’m pleased to hear you can make it this month. I’m assuming Dragon is because you still have the pinched nerve?

Yes. It’s mostly in my left wrist, but my right wrist is still a little weak. I’ll probably be using Dragon a lot, even when my wrists are better, because I don’t ever want to go through this again if I can help it. ๐Ÿ˜‰

But I do have lots of writing to do, so I have stuff to work on, and I look forward to it. ๐Ÿ™‚

Oh goodness, put me down. I’ll be mostly free both days, and I have a monthly goal count of 10K to reach, so it would be great if I could knock that out in one or two days.

The kiwis are on board for the 20th. Renee can’t make it, but we’ve got a few new people wanting to join in, so there should be six of us this time round.

Awesome, Erin! Thanks for the RSVP and we’ll look forward to hearing the Kiwi writing updates. ๐Ÿ™‚

My kids are on school break this week. They have however agreed that I can spend much of the day writing Wednesday as long as I take them shopping on Thursday. We’ll see what Saturday brings.

I like the sound of that trade-off. ๐Ÿ™‚
