If you’d like to join us for one or both of this month’s 10K Days you can start here by posting your RSVP in the comments section below. (If you’re reading this by email, click on the title of the blog post to visit the RSVP page.)

Please specify which day(s) you’ll be attending.

Next step is to prepare yourself ahead of time so you’ll have the best experience possible. Look in the menu above and you’ll find more info on how to prepare for a fun and effective 10K Day. (If you skip this step you might be disappointed with your results. Our tips and tricks can really make a big difference to the kind of day you end up having.)

To participate, return to the HOME PAGE of this blog on the morning of your chosen 10K Day. (Each writer determines his/her own start time.) You’ll find a special post called 10K Day: Live While It’s Happening! and that’s where you’ll be posting your check-ins.

The Live, While It’s Happening! post will give you pointers on what to post for your check-ins.

P.S. For writers who are participating from overseas and who are ahead of the U.S. in their time zone: we always post the check-in page on the afternoon of the day before the scheduled date.
